How billing works
- Every order is a monthly subscription. There is no one-time purchase.
- You pay at checkout, then every 30 days for each delivery until you cancel.
- Shipping is free on every delivery. No minimum term, no cancellation fee.
- We email you before each renewal charge.
How to cancel
Open the manage link in any AT2A email to skip, pause or cancel. Each link works once, is valid for 7 days, and asks you to confirm. Can't find the email? Write to contact@at2a.store from the address you ordered with and we'll cancel it for you. You keep what has already shipped.
Refunds
You get a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your order arrives. Email us your order number and the reason. If something arrived damaged, add a photo. If you were ever charged an amount you didn't expect, tell us and we'll refund it. Full terms: Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping
Every order ships with a tracking link sent by email, and you can also look it up on our store. Details: Shipping Policy.

- AT2A For Him: pheromone-infused perfume oil, Fresh Woody Aromatic (mint, green apple, vanilla, vetiver, cedar), 0.5 oz / 15 ml. From $29.
- Silk Body Oil: jojoba, argan and almond oils with a warm vanilla scent. From $37.
Common questions
Why does my statement say KIGAST?
That's the name our charges use. If you don't recognise one, email us and we'll look it up.
Is it really a subscription?
Yes, every order. You can cancel any time with no fee.
Some sites call AT2A suspicious. Why?
Automated checkers score young domains and supplement-style stores low by default. at2a.store launched in 2026. Everything above (company, address, policies, order numbers) is here so you can check us yourself.
